Openings and doors
That depends on the beam the wall can carry and the posts below it. An engineer sizes the header for the span you want, and the door system sets the final width.
Sliding doors keep a panel in the opening. Folding doors stack to one side and clear almost all of it. Pocketing doors disappear into the wall but need a thicker wall to hide in. We price the options side by side.
Often, with a flush or low threshold and drainage built in. Where the levels differ, a wide step can do the same job. We check it at the measure.
Decks, covers and shade
Wood looks warm and needs regular finishing. Composite costs more up front and asks for less upkeep. Some lots also have fire rules that limit the choice, and we check those by address.
Most attached covers do, and many freestanding ones too, depending on size and city. We prepare the drawings and file them.
Yes. Wiring is easier to plan before the cover goes up, so tell us early.
Permits and quotes
We do. Drawings, engineering where needed and the application go through us, and we schedule the inspections.
